You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. bwo99 is entitled to reject a registration or suspend an existing Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bwo99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify bwo99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
bwo99 operates a mandatory KYC procedure. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, and at any subsequent point where bwo99's compliance team deems additional verification necessary:
bwo99 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time as required by its anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism compliance obligations. Withdrawals will remain pending until KYC is fully satisfied.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bwo99 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified primary payment method, subject to your Account passing a final compliance review. Bonus Credit that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bwo99 will reject transfers from third-party accounts and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation. Deposits made via virtual account, proxy transfer service, or any method designed to obscure the true sender will be treated as a compliance red flag.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in real time on the cashier page of your Account and may vary by payment method. bwo99 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time without prior notice. Thresholds applicable to your Account will always be visible before you confirm a transaction.
Withdrawal requests submitted to verified bank accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to volumes and the operating hours of the recipient bank. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally faster and may complete within minutes during WIB business hours. bwo99 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All Account Balances, Wagers, and Winnings are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bwo99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at the level of your bank or e-wallet prior to transfer to bwo99 is your responsibility, and bwo99 is not liable for exchange rate losses arising from such conversions.
An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bwo99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts after written notification to the Account's registered email address. Where the Balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the Account will be closed.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by bwo99 are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credit is subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, the eligible game categories contributing toward the requirement, the minimum qualifying bet size, and the bonus expiry period are published on each promotion page in plain English.

bwo99 is not liable to honour Wagers placed at odds or terms that were published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input mistake. Wagers placed at palpably incorrect odds will be void and stakes refunded.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed, Wagers on that event will generally be voided and stakes refunded. bwo99 applies maximum single-transaction and daily Winnings caps, which vary by market, sport, and game category. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the platform prior to placing a Wager. bwo99 reserves the right to impose individual Account-level Winnings limits where betting patterns raise integrity concerns.
All content on the bwo99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, user interface design, logos, game assets, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of bwo99 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the bwo99 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall bwo99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bwo99's negligence.
bwo99 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or global network outages.
